My wife and I were considering leaving the Prescott area due to lack of quality health care. Total Point was recommended to me from an urgent care that I had to go to to get medication refilled. My appointment with Sandra was part of an annual checkup. She is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. I'm glad she is part of the Total Point team.
Our nurse Ron was excellent. He took his time and explained everything we had questions about. Met with Sandy who was pleasant and efficient, now just waiting to meet new doc next visit.
