Every session I have I always learn something that can help me along my journey. She always listens to me quietly and allows me to work through my thoughts. What love the most is that she always encourages me to love and uplift myself at all times.
Dr. Aldridge has patience with me. She listens to my concerns and shares suggestions to try to help me deal with my issues. I am better since I started being treated by her.
I recently started seeing Dr. Aldridge for anxiety issues. I was very impressed with her knowledge and understanding. We worked out a plan and I’m feeling much better. Dr Aldridge is kind and she listens. The office staff is great too. I would definitely recommend Dr. Aldridge.
