Ms. Aldridge always listens to my concerns and provides helpful suggestions and feedback. She also manages my meds according to my issues and symptoms. I've been diagnosed for quite a few years and she is the most helpful therapist I've seen.
Dr. Aldridge is phenomenal! She truly listens, takes detailed notes, and provides thoughtful feedback, along with actionable homework, to help you grow into the best version of yourself. I've seen 6-7 other therapists in the past without significant progress, but with Dr. Aldridge, I noticed positive changes after the very first session. The receptionists at front desk were very helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with my Dr. She listened carefully to my problems and gave me a lot of information. The only thing I had a problem with was the very lengthy patient registration forms I had to fill out on-line before my visit. They were so much longer than forms I have filled out with other Dr. offices.
Dr Aldridge is immensely kind and compassionate. I always walk away from appointments feeling lighter. She truly listens and involves you in all decisions regarding treatment. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
