I am beyond words thankful for finding Dr. Sam. My blood work came back today and instead of waiting for my Dec appt we met via zoom . I have never had a doctor like her. Getting my blood work labs done with her I feel optimistic Show moreand have complete faith in her knowledge. I am really shocked bc doctors these days so not take the time. She does and she is stuck with me forever :)

My first session with Dr. Sam was highly illuminating. She listened intently, responded directly to what she heard (without throwing in truisms), and showed genuine empathy. She treated me as a unique person, not just another patient who needed to be processed. I appreciated her blunt feedback. I trust her. I look forward to seeing her again. Samantha really connected with us and found ways to reach our son. She doesn’t generally see patients under 18, but agreed to see him. She told us things that no other practitioner had even mentioned and explained everything to us in terms that made sense.

Dr. Montealegre is kind, well-informed, and thoughtful. I have never had anyone approach mental health from a truly holistic physical health view. It was a relief to see someone who could make the connections between long-term undiagnosed physical issues and see a path for helping heal emotionally.
5/5 I recommend. Samantha listens and cares which is refreshing. She also gives great advice/suggestions. She doesn’t rush you out of appointments or push medications on you. You won’t regret having her as a provider.
My visit with Dr. Montealegre was wonderful she really takes the time to get to know you and makes it comfortable to express yourself , she is a wealth of knowledge ! Highly recommend her !
Did not have a long wait and the therapist I met with was great
I feel hopeful with some peace that I will soon feel better after leaving her office this morning. This was the first time ever that a doctor spent more than 15 minutes with me. I also feel that Dr. Montealegre is brilliant and looks at all options and just does not push pills. That is my opinion. I am grateful to have found her.

Dr. Samantha Montealgre is the absolute best doctor I’ve ever had. Not only does she love what she does, she cares for her patients. It’s a full circle. You can’t care for your patients if you don’t love what you do. She’s amazing. Dr. Montealegre suspected some issues with my bloodwork, and her suspicions were right on. So grateful she acted on her suspicions and looked at the whole picture. . She’s the diamond you’re looking for :) don’t hesitate. Please do yourself a favor and schedule w her!
