Thanks very much for trying to reset my shoulder and for referring me to Suburban Hospital. Maneuvers similar to those you used were also unsuccessful. So, I was X-rayed to reveal the underlying pathology and then anesthetized in Show moreorder to manipulate the shoulder without causing pain and this proved successful. Order in the shoulder joint has been restored and I will make an appointment with a Johns Hopkins orthopedic surgeon practicing in Bethesda to examine the possible options. In the short term I am on a powerful agent to alleviate the residual pain, which seems to be effective. Thanks again for your help. Obviously a new group, the junior staff a bit inexperienced (failed to send referrals, when they did the referrals were for DC offices - I live in Bethesda). There was some confusion getting my prescription off ()went to CVS, but Show morethey didn't formulate) - the PA (Sally) was great - but somehow I ended up at a pediatricians office - probably from my misguided search - loved the location though. A bit of a wait.
