Sade and her staff are amazing support if you are ready to lose weight! I have gone from 208 lbs to 173 lbs in 6 months. I'm down in shirt size from an XL to a Large and my waist size from a size 38 to a 34. I feel amazing, and I highly recommend Sade’s approach to weight loss. If you listen and do what she tells you, then you will see the results in a few months. I have given my fat clothes away, and I am never going back to an unhealthy lifestyle again!
