This is my first experience with going to a mental health provider, and I was very nervous. The staff from reception to the m.a. that does vitals ,and the check out staff were so pleasant. Dr Cox made me feel absolutely seen and hShow moreeard. I felt comfortable within minutes of being in his office and talking to him. Thank you Serenity Bay for creating such a safe space for your patients to be on their healing journey! 10 out 10 recommend!

Very compassionate and understanding!
My first impression with Dr. Cox is, he truly listens and cares! He took the time to listen and he explained different aspects and made sure I understood and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cox to anyone looking for help and get the right answers!

First visit for me to Serenity Bay. I seen Ryan Cox and he was easy to talk to, kind and considerate and very professional. When I left, I felt that he can help me a lot. I got a good vibe from everyone that I had contact with, the nurse, the receptionist and others that were very nice and helpful.

I have been struggling for a long time. My visit with Dr. Cox has given me new hope for my anxiety and fear. I would recommend Dr. Cox to anyone who struggles with issues beyond their control.
Mental Health can be a hard thing to talk about, Dr. Cox has been helpful in answering my questions and supportive in helping to find what works best for me.
Dr. Cox is and has been an absolute legend for me, as an older patient, needing minimal guidance, prescription supervision and support. I hold him in high esteem.
The office is welcoming, and everyone from the receptionist to the Dr, treats you with the utmost respect. The doctor really takes time to listen to you and as a result, you feel heard and not like just a number. I’d highly recommend Serenity Bay to anyone needing their services.

I met with Dr. Cox for my very first appointment with him after transferring from another psychiatrist. My wife was also in attendance. Dr. Cox made us feel like we were part of his family! He spent all of 45 minutes getting to know me and all of my issues. He is very knowledgeable and started on a good plan for my issues. His staff is also remarkable and very friendly! I can only give him five stars in this review however, if I had the choice, I would give him 10 stars!

Dr. Cox is the 1st Dr. ever to really listen to my problems and how I was feeling. He knew exactly what to prescribe me! I would recommend Dr Cox to anyone suffering from any type of depression, anxiety, insomnia, & the list goes on and on. I took my 18 year old daughter there who was suffering from depression, insomnia & a very verbal, mental & physically abusing relationship. Within two weeks of the meds he prescribed, I can see a dramatic change. She's actually happy & not as sad & angry.
Great staff - easy to schedule appt. - good reminders via text and email about up-coming appointments - and overall a great Doctor and staff. Highly recommend.
