If you have never received couseling and you are apprehesive about going, just be honest, and say I don't know how this works, I don't know what to say, maybe start with Ryan asking you questions. He is flexible to meet you where you are at. I've always taken care of people and it was extremely hard for me to ask for help but I have never felt judged. At times I have felt uncomfortable it's with myself and not Ryan. Give it a try if he is not a match try someone else but he is worth a try.
Good practice, very easy to contact and make appointment or consults
Ryan is amazing! He listens, talks with you, and asks your opinion before any decisions are made regarding your care. He’s helped me with my medications. I was on a few different medications with high doses, he’s lessened the amount of medications and lowered doses. I’m on less medications that treat more of my symptoms, which also means less side effects. I highly recommend Ryan, he truly is an amazing person.
