Great caring doctor
Listened to me. Responsive to questions and concerns.
Dr. Rai is always very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive
Dr. Rai and his PA Emily were very thorough and happy to answer all of my questions
Friendly staff. Doctor Rai was very kind and patient with me and listened to my concerns.
The visit with Dr. Rai was very informative and I felt very comfortable with his delivery and heartfelt sincerity.
Brilliant, Caring, friendly Smart. Very very satisfied. Thank You so so much.
Great. My only issue is that I really need an appointment for my infusion later in the day because I’m a teacher and it’s very hard to leave go get my infusion and come back when I live over 45 minutes away
Doctor was very patient and knowledgeable. I recommend Dr. Rui and his team!
Everything was managed very well and every one did the best in his her job
Excellent
Dr rai and monica loving are amazing! So thankful to have them managing my health.
Little bit gentle with the needle.
I had an awesome time. Dr Rai was great and brandy and the other nurse were fantastic.
Friendly & knowledgeable Staff
Dr. Rai provided candid feedback on my test results and gave concrete ways to change my diet and add supplements without having to take medications.
The doctors and staff are wonderful, on time and very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed when in an appointment. They have solved a problem for me that I have suffered with for 10 years.
Always receive great service from Dr. Rai and his support staff. Yesterday was no exception.
The girls at the front desk are always friendly and have good senses of humor. Even though I had to wait awhile for Dr. Rai, when he did come in to speak to me, I didn't sense that he was rushing. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and he let me ask all the questions I needed to.
Dr. Rai did a phone appt with me. He took time to listen to all my health concerns and provided multiple avenues of testing they can do to determine the cause of the problem. I didn't feel rushed during the appt and the phone conversation ended with a definite action plan. I am very pleased I didn't have to go to the office to meet with him and I was able to get the phone appt the very next day after I called the office.
Telemedicine visit was sufficient and allowed future plan and needed prescriptions.
Dr Rai is such a professional doctor with great compassion for his patients. He is such a gentleman and I would recommend him to anyone. He has a wonderful staff as well.
Excellent Dr. Great service.
Besides a wait time that was longer than I appreciate, I am very happy with Dr. Rai, and his staff. Everyone is professional and things run smoothly.
My 1/2 hour wait was a little longer then preferred but Dr. Rai is great. He particularly does a great job describing the issues with terminology I understand.
Great
The office staff were polite and helpful. Dr Rai was very helpful in explaining medical issues and in describing his recommendations. I will definately recommend anyone to see him.
Great care
I can you ten stars
I love Dr. Rai and his staff—especially the diversity and the quality of care. The only thing that needs shoring up is the wait time. It should not take 45 minutes to an hour to get to your service. Shout out to Linda! Thanks for taking such good care of me each time I’m there. Love you much.
