He finished his medical training with an internship at New Jersey Medical College in Newark, New Jersey, and a residency at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Dermatology in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Dr Moreno was very nice. He talked with me, explained the whole procedure and answered all my questions. He also talked during the procedure to calm me and make me feel at ease. I would recommend him. The nurse and front desk personnel were also very sweet.

Having surgery on your hairline is not fun but being comfortable with the doctor performing the surgery and having confidence in his abilities makes it much less stressful and tolerable and I have this with Dr. Moreno. I have been seeing this practice for about 15 years.
