The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Reinhart is a very knowledgeable and caring Dr. He spent time listening to me about the pain I am having and explained things thoroughly. I'm appt was for 1pm, but by the time I was seen it was almost 3pm. Other than that great experience. They even offer beverages and snacks in the waiting room which was nice.
I have only started the shots that test me if I can have the nerve in my mid to lower back on the S1,2 and L45 deaden to remove my pain in these area. After one treatment and the day after the pain has reduced by 95%. They are vShow moreery busy and you sometime have to wait for a hour or so even after your appointment time due to they give everyone all the time they need for there appointment. Worth the wait.

It was like a movie theater. There were 20 patients waiting. All the many question's on the I pad were unnecessary and ridiculous. It took 45 minutes to fill out. The waiting room had a snack bar you had to pay for everything and there was no water available. After waiting two hours I finally gave up and told them I was leaving and not returning. Why would a doctor with that many patients and zero customer service be advertising on tv for more customers.

Dr. Reinhart and his staff are amazing. My husband and I both had appointments yesterday. We were both very impressed with the care we received from the staff and Dr. Reinhart. We feel very blessed to be under Dr. Reinharts care.
Shot appears to have worked as planned. MRI was ordered, results were reviewed, problem are identified, shot was administered accurately. Appreciate the option to be called 20 minutes out to avoid the 2 hour wait.
I personally would recommend Dr. Reinert. I get a shot every six months for my knee…paid subsidies almost immediately. A good man you can trust!

The doctor was fine. The office staff was kind however it took them four days to respond to my needs. I called once a day for four days.
Front office staff is fantastic and if there is a wait, I was able to get a drink and a snack from the in-house cafe. Dr. Reinhardt and his staff listened to my needs. I couldn’t sleep and after the visit I slept through the night. I felt normal again. I recommend this pain management specialist and staff 100%

Dr Reinheart has been very understanding and helpful in finding best treatment for me. He has great bedside manners and takes the time and listens. His office staff are always also very nice and’s ask how the patients are doing, they remember my name and they actually answer the phones and are helpful with any issues, which now days it’s hard to find. I appreciate this office

Dr. Reinhart listened and responded to my concerns and the pains experiencing in such a way that you just know he cares and provides feedback that you know will bring positive results. He has wonderful people skills in my opinion.
