Doctor Reinhart, Typically I don't write reviews, but here we go. On March 16th, I found you to be very thoughtful and I felt like you cared about what you could learn about my situation with another image of your own. When I lShow moreeft, I was confident that we could come up with a plan that suits me best, whether you would suggest an injection or not. I did get the impression I would see you for my follow through appointment and was surprised that it was not the case. When I expressed my concern to the receptionist about why I was going to see a PA for my next appointment she said, "Oh... he tells everybody that." I believe you should communicate that to your patients yourself. I feel like being straight with us about what to expect would show you are confident in your staff. I left thinking, " well, are the results going to be relayed to me with His review & opinion, or hers? I'm still curious about the answer to my question. FYI, I've seen the PA (at Inland Pain Center in Colton (unbeknownst to me), before I even met the Pain Specialist! He was unprofessional, rude and willing to suggest an injection right away which is why I came to you for a second opinion. I'm glad I didn't jump right in and do that without seeing a doctor! Also, while making my next appointment at your office, a patient got out of her chair and approached me from behind and whispered, "make your appointment with Amber (I think that was her name) not the other one." So I did. I'm sure I speak for others when I say, I would rather hear from you that I'm going to be seeing a PA rather than a receptionist telling me. It Just feels more secure. I'm happy I met you and I'll be back soon. Thank you for your time and I look forward to some sort of plan even it's physical therapy. My back was feeling better after 10 treatments but I think I answered their final test questions wrong, for they stopped my treatment because my scores were lower, showing that I wasn't getting better compared to when I started therapy. That's not true. Again, Thank you, much appreciation and gratitude! Elizabeth

Good doctor
A painfully long wait A painfully long form to fill out- A screen with question after question after question on and on They tell me you must do this every time!!!! I like dr REINHART but that is All I Liked
I'm glad I came back; I was neglecting my situation for a while and now Dr. Reinhart is taking care of me.
Dr Reinhardt is so genuine and caring For the FIRST in 5 months I have hope.
Disappointed the practice does not accept payment from Railroad Medicare. So others similarly situated may wish to avoid Desert Pain Specialists.
I had to wait for 4 hours to be seen my appointment was at 1 and I as see at 4 I was in so much pain on my back to be waiting so long
Always a wait, wish they would schedule appts further apart
After waiting for two hours after my appointment time I decided enough is enough, there were6 more people ahead of us yet to be called. We don’t mind waiting 15 to 30 minutes, but this is a ridiculous way to run a practice. My time is valuable too.
Knowledgeable with excellent communication skills. Very satisfied.
The wait is long but I did not feel rushed or not heard with Dr Rhinehart. He listens and takes the time you need without feeling like a bother or rushed
Staff was polite and courteous. The only thing was I had 1115 appointment and I got there at 11 and I didn’t see Dr. Reinhardt until 230. I guess I just got caught on a bad day.
Another visit in March. Great results. Thanks Cheers Cheryle Gardner
Pain free now. Except for small area in right foot and tight yet in right neck. Thanks dr Reinhart. I will be back in March. Cheers Cheryle Gardner
Long wait time before being seen. 2-3 hours.
Dr Reinhart cares about patients
We waited 2 1/2 hrs to be seen and in the process my client had fallen asleep. Dr. Came in and I woke him up, Dr. waited maybe 2 mins and walked out saying he wouldn't be seeing him if he didn't want to cooperate. He didn't even give him a chance to sit up and turn before he dismissed him and walked out. Told the nurse we waited almost 3 hrs and wanted to be seen and it was completely f****ng unprofessional how the Dr acted. Nurse then made some excuse that he couldn't get pain meds because they didn't have enough paperwork on him (making it seem like he had a drug problem mind you he has no history ) and when I tried explaining that he didn't want pain meds that's why we're here and we waited hours for the Dr and he deserves to be seen she went and got another nurse who then came back and told us if we didn't leave they would call the police. The lack of accountability and sheer unprofessionalism displayed by multiple employees is astounding but mainly the Dr who has no right treating patients if he dismisses them so easily and the second nurse who was a coward and instead of attempting to listen and be a voice for a patient which is what they should be doing she came in the room instantly hostile and raised to an escalation that was unnecessary as a way to get us to leave instead of addressing the drs behavior. Absolutely unprofessional and dismissive they shouldn't be allowed around patients if they don't have the basic listening skills required. Hacks
So extremely grateful for Dr Reinhard's care. He listens carefully, and works hard to help his patients. I am beginning to get much appreciated relief.
