The office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Reinhart is a very knowledgeable and caring Dr. He spent time listening to me about the pain I am having and explained things thoroughly. He offered many options for me to consider toShow more address my pain. The only thing less than ideal thing was that I waited a very long time in the waiting room. I'm appt was for 1pm, but by the time I was seen it was almost 3pm. Other than that great experience. They even offer beverages and snacks in the waiting room which was nice.
I have only started the shots that test me if I can have the nerve in my mid to lower back on the S1,2 and L45 deaden to remove my pain in these area. After one treatment and the day after the pain has reduced by 95%. They are vShow moreery busy and you sometime have to wait for a hour or so even after your appointment time due to they give everyone all the time they need for there appointment. Worth the wait.

Dr Reinhart is a caring knowledgeable doctor. He thoroughly explained my sciatica & stenosis problems. He took time with me & recommended an epidural shot. I was very hesitant with any needles in my back & nerve area. He made the entire process easy & I am feeling so so much better! The reason for only 4 stars is the wait time. His office is very crowded & there was some confusion on discharge time. They left me sitting on a bench outside the treatment room with no explanation. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with back problems.

Had lower back pain. After injection pain was gone and I was not bent over. I have been going to care from him for about 10 years. He is reliable and has helped my wife and I on many occasions.

Wonderful doctor. Really cares and helps manages back pain!
It was like a movie theater. There were 20 patients waiting. All the many question's on the I pad were unnecessary and ridiculous. It took 45 minutes to fill out. The waiting room had a snack bar you had to pay for everything and there was no water available. After waiting two hours I finally gave up and told them I was leaving and not returning. Why would a doctor with that many patients and zero customer service be advertising on tv for more customers.
