Born and raised in Atlanta, Dr. Duralde attended Woodward Academy before pursuing his undergraduate studies at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where he graduated Cum Laude. He then earned his medical doctorate from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
After completing his medical education, Dr. Duralde embarked on an impressive medical career, with a 12-year service in the United States Air Force. I have been a patient of Dr. Duralde’s for at least 10 years. He has always been kind and professional, listening to my concerns and working with me to determine the best procedure that will reduce my pain. Almost every procedure he has performed has given me 80 plus relief for several months. I highly recommend this practice and will continue to see Dr. Duralde in the future.

I had been suffering from terrible pain for about six days. When I say terrible pain, I mean a 10 at the very least, and the inability to get up out of a chair or get up off the bed or turnover in bed, or move anything or do most everything I needed to do. I have been a patient of Dr. Duraldi since 2009, and he’s never failed me. once I got to him he knew what we needed to do and he proceeded with the needles in the right place. Everyone in the practice is so kind and understanding. They are all sensitive to the needs of a person in pain and they do all they can to help. Pain is debilitating and having suffered for as many long years as I have, I am very grateful to have Dr. Duralde and his staff to get me through it
The staff was courteous and efficient. Dr Duralde was thorough and thoughtful in explaining issues and the procedure. In and out in less than one hour.
I have been a patient of Dr. Duralde’s for several years. His biggest asset-he listens and then, based upon his experience, he suggests ways to help you with surgery at the bottom of the list. He makes you feel that he cares about you and wants to do whatever he can to get you well. My condition has improved greatly thanks to him.
For my arthritus pains for neck and back, Dr. Duralde and his staff members always try to find best possible solutions including "next visit". Because of such efforts, my pains are ariviated and I can have a almost normal life. Otherwise, I may be so depressed with pains that the life be very deferent.
