This is a safe space for Black women! I’ve never felt more taken care of by a group of strangers. From the front desk staff, the Phlebotomist, and Drs. Caldwell and Campbell. Everyone is very patient, respectful and they actuallShow morey remember you year after year. My questions are always answered! Dr.Campbell refuse to let me leave until we addressed my concerns with a thorough plan. Dr. Campbell and the front staff ensured that I had speciality referrals that were in my network and that I understood how to set those appointments before I left. 100/10 would recommend this office! I’ve sent several friends here and will continue to do so!
My first time here as a new patient. I was very nervous since I was changing from a huge clinic. The young lady who drew my labs and the doctor were both outstanding. My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Jennifer Johnson-Caldwell but somehow I ended up with Dr. Robin Boliver-Campbell. I was a new patient seeking a PCP and for this to be my first appointment, Dr. Robin seemed as if it was her first appointment too. It was impersonable, rushed, lacked attention, knowledge, etc. Even some of my concerns were looked up on a tablet to match my symptoms with a proposed diagnosis. I got my blood work done weeks later only to have the young receptionist call and tell me my results over the phone and recommend coming back in 3 months. The staff is unprofessional, no class, always on the phone, no privacy for your appointments or visit, everything is just out in the open. I won’t be returning. This was a transaction not an overall health consultation.

The new office is spacious and bright and I can’t say enough about the staff all are professional, friendly and helpful. I’m truly impressed with Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Campbell how they operate their practice, a warm, friendly and supportive environment. I’m truly happy I chose this practice after my previous Doctor retired.
Dr. Robin Boliver-Campbell was very attentive, answered any questions I had and she was very courteous and professional. The office visit was very pleasant.
The doctor is always nice, but needs to be up to date with patients care. But the receptionists are never attentive to the patient always In various conversations with each other. Never acknowledge the patient or the patients care. Very occupied with other things. Fees are being charged inaccurate. I just need them to make some simple adjustments in alignment with patient care and ownership of their job. We as patients don’t always feel well and we someone to care and that should be their main focus.
