Of course complaints come first. Starvation & Frostbite. I thought I would freeze in that exam room. So cold! And I had to wait so long I thought I would starve to death. The upside is that I was so hungry when I left there that IShow more stopped at the first Mexican restaurant I came to which I had never been to before and I had the best Gordita I had ever had! Could have been that I was so hungry anything would have been good, but I do intend to go back and try another Gordita just to make sure. Another upside is that Dr Narvaez is SO nice, it’s extremely difficult to find fault with his making me wait for so long because of his dedication to his patients. His staff is equally as nice. So I shouldn’t be complaining of frostbite and starvation. AND the results of his examination was so good, I actually left there a very happy camper. So thank you, Dr Narvaez. I do hope never to need to see you again. The prep for a colonoscopy is no fun, but if I ever need one again , you’re my man. If there’s a next time, I will come prepared with a blanket and after a good meal. Best wishes to you and your staff. Victoria L. Rodriguez
Dr. Marva ex is the 1st Doctor in a very long time that really listened to what I had to say. WOW ! I thought they were no longer around. He also, explained everything to me and asked if I had anymore questions and he was sincere Show moreabout it. His Staff went above and beyond as well. They worked me in as an Urgent Patient with no hesitation. BEST Bunch of Caring Professionals you can ever meet. DO NOT SEE THAT MUCH OF ANYMORE…. That being said I would recommend My Family and Friend to Dr. Narvaez and his Staff..

My appointment was at 11am and I wasnt seen till almost 1:30pm only to have a less than 6 minute "chat" with the doctor about nothing of Real Importance and I paid $60 for that! There was another patient there whose appointment was at 9:30am and another whose appointment was at 10am and their wait was longer than mine! Pack a lunch if you end up there! The stars are for the staff. They were friendly and informative with my questions. I wish I could ask for a refund of my $60! It was for Nothing! I'm praying they will NOT find anything so I can be cleared for another 5 years ‼️

Dr. Narvaez Came to the ER at midnight several weeks ago to perform an emergency EGD on our 93 yeast old mother. Her assisted living facility had failed to follow the mechanical diet and food had lodged in her esophagus. Dr. Narvaez followed up yesterday with aTeladoc session and we now have a follow on care plan. Our family is so grateful for the Digestive & Liver Disease Center doctors and staff to assist taking care of our mother's dysphagia and GERD medical state.
Dr. Narvaez is an excellent doctor.
