We are very fortunate that we don't need to see Drs regularly, but when we do it's usually for illness and a few times in a row. As always Dr Riley got us in quickly, saw our kiddos all at the same time, and gave us a goodShow more game plan of how to care for them. My kids love him and never feel nervous or anxious when they know he's coming to check on them. It means so much to me that they have such a great experience with a Dr and feel comfortable and safe with him.
Having Vital AZ/Riley as our pediatrician is one of the best decisions we have made for our newborn! The service and attention to detail is unlike any other peds office you could visit. The fact that he comes to you is a bonus, buShow moret the care we receive is the biggest reason I would recommend Vital AZ over and over again. I sleep well at night knowing we have a great pediatrician, and if I have any questions/concerns I can shoot over a message and get a response quickly. We love Vital AZ!

Dr Riley absolutely amazing. There has been countless times where he helped my family of 5. The response time is like no other, which is huge when you have sick kiddos. He has always been so helpful and accommodating. He is genuine and truly cares about his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable and shares not only traditional but alternative ways of medicine and health, which is something I appreciate. There is always the follow up which is so important. Dr Riley Hooks is my go to guy.Been with him for 6 yrs.He help me with all the complications I was going through. HE had my back when I need him most you text him he will reply even when it's 9 at night. His like family he knows mine I know his. He keeps you up to date with what's going around sickness wise for each Month of the year straight to your email.I will say what i said 6yrs ago best dam doc in Az.Thanks for everything Mr Riley Hooks🫶
Having Dr. Riley to help us navigate our heath and our kids health has been the best decision we have made as parents. Riley is beyond amazing. I had a terrible fall at work and I have been struggling with the situation dor several weeks, but as soon as I called Riley he was quick to come for a home visit to see me. He listens and is always quick to help. He is honest and conservative, he won't send a patient out to go get unnecessary tests done. His main priority is to ensure that his patients are well taken care. I am so grateful that Riley is my doctor.

I followed Riley when he started his own practice from a previous practice. He was the only dr who truly took an interest in my health, and took the time to listen. It’s nice to be heard, especially in the medical field these days .I never felt like just a number on a chart with him. I would highly recommend him . Also, his wife has always been very kind and courteous when she has had to reach out for billing issues five stars across the board.

I’m so grateful for Riley! I messaged him about a concern I had with my daughter and he was able to see us the next morning. I appreciate his attention to detail, how thorough he is and I can tell that he really cares about what he does. He validated our concerns but also eased our minds and we have a plan formulated. We do have insurance and a regular pediatrician who will bill it, however to me what he provides is invaluable and worth the out of pocket cost. Thank you Riley!
Riley is an AMAZING provider. He has been my doctor for a long time and I am SO very grateful to have doctor who cares, listens and is so understanding. I fell at work last week and I reached out to him yesterday to see if he could stop by to see me, he came today to see me. Most doctors would not do that. Cares about his patience personal professional
Dr Hooks was amazing! He came to check on a possible ear infection for my 1.5 year old and by the time he left she was blowing him kisses. He has a wonderful bedside manner and answered all our questions (even unrelated to her ear) and knew how to make our daughter comfortable with the experience that could have otherwise easily been scary for her. 10/10!
Riley came to my house today and is amazing! I’ve been in severe pain, literally on the ground the last four days. My healing process with him looks very optimistic.
