Riley is an AMAZING provider. He has been my doctor for a long time and I am SO very grateful to have doctor who cares, listens and is so understanding. I fell at work last week and I reached out to him yesterday to see if he coulShow mored stop by to see me, he came today to see me. Most doctors would not do that. Dr Hooks was amazing! He came to check on a possible ear infection for my 1.5 year old and by the time he left she was blowing him kisses. He has a wonderful bedside manner and answered all our questions (even unrelated to her earShow more) and knew how to make our daughter comfortable with the experience that could have otherwise easily been scary for her. 10/10!

Riley came to my house today and is amazing! I’ve been in severe pain, literally on the ground the last four days. My healing process with him looks very optimistic.

Riley takes his time with you at your appointments! It’s nice when you can get to your appointments and he is on track with what the plan is and what you are there for! It’s a very nice change of pace!

I don't think I can possibly put into words how thankful we are for Riley. He's caring, listens, always available when we have needed him, takes his time and doesn't rush through appointments, and is so kind to our kids. Highly recommend Vital AZ if you're looking for individual customized care with a Dr who treats you as a person not a number.

I’m incredibly grateful for Vital! My family’s experience has been wonderful. I swear my kids only get sick on the weekends and I almost always get a response. (Which I don’t expect) The care we’re provided is wonderful. My 3 girls are very comfortable with Riley and Dani. We had so many experiences at our old pediatrician- when my kids were sick we could not get in and we were having to take them to an urgent care or an ER. This is no longer the case and I am thankful! The follow up is superb!

Riley is hands down the most attentive provider we’ve experienced. He spends an hour with us in the comfort of our home in our pajamas. we don’t have to load up in the car and go to a doctors office with the kids. It’s the best decision we made to leave the traditional pediatricians office for our children. He is very knowledgeable with babies to adults. We are so grateful for him and his service he provides.
