Located in Richland, Washington, Complete Healthcare for Women is a medical practice dedicated to providing women with compassionate, individualized health care. It was established by Richard Lorenzo, DO, an obstetrician and gynecologist, with a mission to address the healthcare needs of women in the Tri-Cities area.
Dr. Lorenzo completed his undergraduate studies in Chemistry at Washington and Jefferson College, based in Washington, Pennsylvania, and earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He honed his specialty in obstetrics and gynecology during his residency at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh.
In addition to his qualifications, Dr. Lorenzo holds double board certifications from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Moreover, Dr. Lorenzo is a distinguished Fellow of both the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Skilled in advanced surgical procedures, Dr. Lorenzo expertly performs minimally invasive surgeries, treatments for abnormal uterine bleeding, birth control options, and hysterectomy. He has also received specialized training in handling high-risk pregnancies and advanced minimally invasive surgical procedures, including minimally invasive hysterectomy.
In 2009, Dr. Lorenzo relocated to the Tri-Cities area, where he enjoys spending his leisure time hiking, working on home improvement projects, and spending quality time with his wife and three children.

My questions were either disregarded or answered with very few details. I felt no sense of concern to help. I felt dismissed. When I discussed what I had learned about the condition the response I received was " I was trying to do his job for him". 25 years of visiting obgyn doctors and hands down this was the absolute worst experience.

I came in for a procedure and everyone was really kind and professional. They prepared me for what to expect and Dr. Lorenzo took good care of me. I appreciate that they are friendly and authentic. All of my appointments have been on time and I never feel rushed when I have questions.

Dr Lorenzo is very knowledgeable and kind. He has a very calm demeanor and makes me feel very comfortable. I appreciate how quickly he performs the pap as that is obviously the most uncomfortable part but he is very swift with the procedure. He takes the time to go over all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him. My daughter now goes to this office as well and is very comfortable with them too.
He’s great took my son to him for his circumcising. Nice staff everyone was awesome thank you guys!
Staff is amazing and friendly .Dr. Lorenzo is nice and I think he does have a lot of knowledge however I felt like my concerns are not being addressed. I am a healthy female with extreme inflammation and pelvic pain . I was told it could be a stomach issue or weight issue & should be gluten and dairy free . Which I am and I’m not obese by any means .It’s definitely not a stomach issue I’ve seen numerous doctors . Heard what I’m tired of hearing . Metformin or Glp1. I want someone to dig deeper and offer some actual help.
Dr. Lorenzo was nice enough but I feel he wasn’t listening to my concerns or to what I was saying. He just kept saying my problem was bowl related and I basically was overweight. I had explained I had already seen a GI doc and ruled out bowl issues and even before I gained weight I was having pelvic pain. I am not an obese person, I have had 8 children so I carry a few extra pounds around my middle. I eat a pretty healthy diet and was told by my GI and primary doctor that it was most likely a gynecological issue. I will be seeking a second opinion. His office seems more geared towards physical appearance issues with ads for skin care and weight loss products. Perhaps that is why he was disinterested in me and my health.
Highly recommend! Called to schedule an appointment they got me in the next day. Dr Lorenzo is super nice and informative! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! I also really liked the waiting room environment didn’t make me anxious at all.

The staff here are amazing!
So after reading some of the negative reviews I almost didn’t go to my appointment because I have massive anxiety and was scared about some things I was reading but I’m so happy I went I had kortney and she listened to everything I had to say and explained my diagnosis and answered all my questions. We then set up a treatment plan and a follow up and I couldn’t be happier.
I felt like I was able to express my concerns and come up with a treatment plan that I wanted on my timeline. Everyone was nice and helpful. I also felt like there wasn’t a lot of wait around to be seen. Big plus is being able to book an appointment online.
I felt very comfortable and listened to! I would recommend this spot to anyone who is any mom to be!
