Richard Hiler, DC, DABCN, is a board-certified chiropractic neurologist at Feel Amazing Institute in Naples, Florida. He specializes in peripheral nerve conditions, vertigo, balance disorders, orthopedic conditions, and much more.
Dr. Hiler graduated Magna cum laude from Life University of Chiropractic in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed postgraduate training in Neurology and Orthopedic rehabilitation and has many years of experience treating disc and nerve conditions as well as shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, ankle, and foot problems. Dr. Hiler holds advanced certifications in whiplash, spine traumatology, concussion, vestibular rehabilitation, and spinal decompression therapy. He is also trained as a Medical Audit Specialist and a Clinical Financial Auditor for personal injury cases.
Dr. Hiler moved to Naples in 1998 and opened his own practice soon afterward. He has extensively studied and treated patients using revolutionary VAX-D spinal decompression therapy for low back pain and neck pain after learning about its many benefits for patients.
As a board-certified chiropractic neurologist, Dr. Hiler is highly qualified to treat nerve pain, disc conditions, dizziness, scoliosis, injuries, joint degeneration, and spine pain, as well as numerous other conditions many patients face.

I had my first appointment with Dr Hiler yesterday. I have seen numerous chiropractors over the past 35 years in different states we lived in. I would say that between Sonja and Dr Hiler it was the most thorough, comprehensive intake and first appointment that I have ever experienced. I am in great difficulty physically and there are a number of issues that I am hopeful he can help with from neuropathy to sciatica to just name two. Dr Hiler seems kind, caring, knowledgeable and I fervently hope he can help me. Tomorrow will be my 2nd appointment and we will discuss my treatment plan... One reason I sought out this clinic and Dr Hiler is that along with the chiropactic care they offer other therapies as well. I do believe patients need to be treated holistically.

Had my first appointment for neuropathy that I’ve been suffering for 12 years. They were very thorough and going through everything with me and testing me. I feel confident that I will get some relief from the pain that I’ve been in looking forward to my treatments and feeling normal again, I highly recommend this Doctor.
Secured a new set of LED therapy lights that will allow me to continue treatment at home --- Experienced a new balance therapy machine (forgot name) that was marvelous at bringing some feeling back in my feet, at least on a temporary basis
My first visit with Dr. Hiler was on September 9. I am suffering from non diabetic peripheral neuropathy. A beautiful office and great staff. Dr. Hiler has expertise with neuropathy and various treatments available. I will continue with treatments in the hope of avoiding surgery to implant a spinal stimulator. I recommend Dr. Hiler and his team!
I haven’t felt so hopeful as I do today after the first visit. I feel I finally will find some relief. I greatly look forward to it. I’m thankful to all the staff and Dr. Hiler for taking the time to assess everything and ask questions. I felt worth the time. Very grateful!

I have seen a lot of chiropractors in the Collier & Lee County areas. Dr Richard Hiler is absolutely the most professional, knowledgeable, & best chiropractor in both counties in Florida without question!
Dr. Hiler is the most experienced/ talented chiropractor I have ever gone to. I have tried many chiropractors all over the place, in Boston, Ohio, Michigan, several here in town and nothing compares to his adjustments. I truly feel like my body is at peak performance with his adjustments. He takes his time with you and is very thorough. His adjustments are firm but not too firm. I hate when I go up North for the summer and miss out on his adjustments for a few months. I notice a huge difference. I would recommend Dr. Hiler to anyone.
Dr Hiler was great. And, for the most part took away the pain I had gone for. But, due to my Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis, he could only do so much. I was hopeful, and for regular adjustment I will go back. The office staff is amazing. And it is the cleanest office I have ever been to. I was always cheerfully greeted, and never left without the front desk staff saying to have a good day. I would recommend Dr Hiler to anyone who doesn't know where else to go to remove some of their pain.

In one very professional visit, all of my issues were addressed and listened to and recorded. I will have a plan on how to proceed. I also had “one” adjustment and was able to sleep, out of pain for the first time, in many months. I have been on a path to find real help vs. drugs and surgeries and know this is my solution.
