Dr. Chang grew up in North Carolina. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and he received his MD in 1997 from the Wake Forest School of Medicine. He completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Texas-Houston medical school in 2000.
Dr. Chang practiced in the state of Texas for five years before moving to California, where he opened Sierra Pacific Pediatric Associates. In addition to being board-certified in pediatrics, Dr. Chang is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. As a testament to his medical knowledge, he served as Chair of Pediatrics at San Antonio Regional Hospital and continues on the Pediatrics Committee.

He spent a good amount of time with my son and didn’t rush us. He was very thorough and funny!
Dr. Lau is very knowledgeable and calming. I feel very comfortable taking my teenage daughter to her.
My daughter has been a patient since birth. She’s now 11 and doctors have always taken care of her. Front desk has always been courteous and helpful
Our yearly appointment and visit to Dr Lin’s office is always such a pleasure. The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s no waiting around. And Dr Lin always takes the time to listen and is genuinely interested in my children, their health, and their progress.

It’s hard to find good doctor’s but we found fabulous care here! Dr. Ho is very thorough and has amazing beside manner. We love this practice. They get you in and out quickly, the staff is super helpful and friendly as well!
