As an adult woman diagnosed with ASD/ADHD/CPTSD/PTSD/etc and struggling to be treated by my prior provider, I can’t say enough about how wonderful Renee has been. Above all, she’s heard me and has worked with me to figure out whatShow more works *for me*. My med protocol has needed various adjustments as I work through various aspects of autism burnout and instead of being frustrated or judgmental, she’s been on my team through the whole journey. She’s been the first person on my 20+ year mental health journey that listens to me in a way that allows me to be okay with not always knowing the answer; I struggle with not being “right” and coupled with trauma/dissociation tendencies- there’s a lot of conflict trying to figure out and then articulate what I feel. Renee has been supportive, kind without patronizing, and has granted me the space to figure me out. Her recommendations for supplements have also drastically changed my quality of life. Basically- if you feel like you haven’t been heard or your experience honored with other providers, you’re not alone but after working with multiple med experts over the course of my life, I finally feel like I’ve got a mental health guide that’s on my team. Thank you, Renee!
Amazing. Renee Rodgers has helped me make so much personal progress through the last year and a half. I’m so grateful to have been connected with her and this practice. Through my 20s it was always a trial and error process findShow moreing a therapist to click with but was incredibly lucky when my insurance connected me here and it worked out on first match up. Definitely recommend.

Renee Rodgers, PMHNP-BC, APRN?
Renee Rodgers, MS, PMHNP-BC, APN, is a master's prepared board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Peak Interactive Wellness in Denver, Colorado. Renee sees ages 13+.
Renee believes the best outcomes come from combining medication with therapy, support, and reconnecting oneself. She takes the time to listen to clients truly, understand their hardships, and create a non-judgmental space for you.
Renee earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. She furthered her education at Herzing University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing (psychiatric nurse practitioner).
Renee also spent over four years studying in a certified IAYT program for yoga therapy and Ayurveda (an Eastern medicine practice focusing on disease prevention and healing through lifestyle choices and an understanding of self). You will find these principles in the way she cares for her clients.
Renee educates her clients on how the brain works, changes we can make through neuroplasticity and the default mode network, and the science behind current symptoms. So often, we blame ourselves for anxiety, depression, etc. It is not your fault. Renee can help you understand why, and together, you will develop a treatment plan to help facilitate lasting change.
Renee is passionate about helping clients move through their trauma. She has a special interest in working with domestic and intimate partner violence victims, those feeling lost, fearful, and/or “stuck” in their lives, and those suffering from the mental effects of chronic pain.
She provides Spravato treatments and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Renee has worked extensively with ketamine infusions in the past and is excited for the new wave of acceptance for psycholytic experiences to be recognized as medicine.
Renee loves to travel to rock climb and ski (hash-tag van life) with her dog, Hank.
