We were greeted by a very nice and helpful receptionist. She helped us check in and get seen further quickly. My 7 year old took a nasty fall on his scooter and needed to be examined. I've been here 2 times for my children and I must say this urgent care is the best I've been to. We were in and out in a timely manner and the staff and Dr were all so amazing! Definitely our new urgent care! 👌🏼

Fast and easy, doctor explain everything in a good manner make all testing necessary for the visit.
Fast and great bed side manner! We were in and out in under an hour. We will be back again but hopefully not to soon lol. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Great service! Really pacient and treated my baby the best way possible. Explained every single detail the best way possible for me to understand. The assistant was really nice and patient with me as well. I’m very happy with the service they provided and they will be my go to for any other emergency’s for the future.
My two children were sent quickly and had thorough care given. We are not from the area so finding care like this while visiting Pasadena helped my family tremendously.
