It had been at least two months since I had spoken with Reina. She’s been amazing with me. Due to my lack of knowledge and confidence in my own ability to do what’s best for me. I disconnected from her. I saw her yesterday and it was just like the universe was trying to align me with her again. I felt like we never missed a beat. On the other hand, I felt more love and appreciation for her than ever. I had missed her beautiful smile. I felt better as soon as I left. Shame on me.
Reina has a nice approach towards kids . The first encounter she had with our pre teen daughter was very positive . We believe in Reina’s background experience and look forward to her future sessions with our daughter .
I LOVE Reina!! Therapy sessions with her feel like I'm talking with a really good friend. She's very caring, listens well, offers really good advice and makes me feel validated. And more importantly, she helps me grow into a better person. She would never encourage bad habits or actions, she only wishes to instill good habits and coping mechanisms into her clients because she truly does care for them. I love her sm!!
It is always a pleasure to speak to her. She makes the sessions entertaining. Meaning it is not just one sided someone spelling their guts out. Much easier to open up in a comfortable environment.

Reina Fernandez is amazing. She’s very empathetic and has a keen eye for my personal issues. She’s not oblivious to what’s happening or sorting out the problems. I feel so comfortable and confident that she will always guide me to the best of her ability.

Reina Fernandez has come into my life at the perfect time. I never thought therapy would be so liberating. She lovingly has made me confront multiple issues. Reina sees thru my walls. Sometimes I put on a happy front and she will tell me it’s ok to be vulnerable. Shes the epitome of an empathetic person. I feel so renewed and validated when I see her. I’m working on self love and I can’t deflect from my issues, however, I can confront them.

Reina has a very interactive way of helping with coping skills and tackling depression it gives you small activities which help you get out of this spiral and get back on top
