Reginald J. Sincere, PMHNP-BC, is a seasoned board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Adult and Adolescent Psychiatrist at Sincere Psychiatry in Delray Beach, Florida. Mr. Sincere, who also goes by Reginald, provides patient-centered care to Delray Beach and South Florida residents.

Dr. Sincere took over seamlessly for Golden Victory. Although mostly used for medication management, Dr. Sincere is always available on my schedule and on time for our appointments. He is very professional, caring and I enjoy talking with him. I would definitely recommend him / his office.

I feel very fortunate to be Reginald's patient. I have difficulty communicating verbally sometimes, but Reginald is a good listener and easy to talk to and I "sincerely" (lol) trust him. The staff is also very professional.
