Excellent doctor.
Staff and doctor managed to squeeze me in with evaluation for a very sudden-onset, painful UTI, the day after I called! Am so grateful for this, I am a new patient who has seen Dr. N'Gouamba only once before, and yet I felt like part of a long-term relationship. Thank you all very much!

Dr. Rashida N'Gouamba is incredibly thorough and really listened to my concerns. I felt very comfortable and well-informed throughout my appointment, she explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I Highly recommend Dr. Rashida N'Gouamba, she is very caring and compassionate and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Dr N is an amazing surgeon. She did a great job with my C- Section. She is also extremely busy, so her bedside manner can sometimes be short, but you can rest assured that you are in more than capable hands because she is extremely thorough and on point regardless of how many patients she has.

Dr. N'Gouamba was both kind and competent - For my first visit, she collected lots of background, asked me questions that some GYN's shy away from, and answered all of my questions extremely thoroughly!
This was my first visit with Dr. N'Gouamba. I was seen very quickly for my annual exam. The nurse was very nice as was Dr. N'Gouamba. Easy to talk to and explained everything. Highly recommended!
My experience with Dr. N'Gouamba was easily the worst medical appointment I have had to date. She was dismissive towards my very valid medical concerns, and instead brought up medical concerns that had nothing to do with my visit simply because of my appearance. She was fatphobic, bringing back trauma from my youth. Dr. N'Gouamba put back in a mental health journey that has taken me years to recover. She did not make me feel seen, heard or safe. I would never recommend her or this care facility

My experience with Dr. N'Gouamba was one of the worst doctor-patient experiences I've had at any practice. When I expressed my concerns about the health problems I was experiencing she was flippant, visibly annoyed, and responded with sarcasm. As a black woman myself, I was extremely excited to finally have a female, black OBGYN. I thought that I would feel seen and heard throughout my appointment. To my dismay, that was not the case. In reality, I left the rushed appt feeling unheard.

Dr. NâGouamba has an amazing bedside manner. She is direct and to the point, but warm and empathetic. She told me funny stories to distract me while she administered the anesthesia (by the way, why donât more gynos offer local anesthesia for IUD removal/insertion??) I left feeling warm and taken care of

My visit today with Dr Rashida N'gouamba was exceptional. I immediately felt comfortable with the staff, the examination and her honest conversation with me as a patient. I'm so happy to have her as my doctor, and the convenience of patient portals.
I do not recommend Dr. NâGouamba. My experience was marked by a lack of professionalism and inadequate bedside manner. She seemed disinterested in my concerns, prioritizing financial gain over patient care. Despite arriving on time for appointments, I consistently faced wait times of at least 30 minutes, even for the earliest slots. I found her to be unprepared & dismissive. This experience significantly contributed to my anxiety & distress. Please avoid her.
I am so glad I found Dr. NâGouamba! She has been the only doctor to take my issues seriously and try to help me when other doctors were seemingly dismissing my complaints as âsomething women have to go throughâ. The 45 min drive is well worth it.
Iâve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rashida, her office staff and her surgery team. I recently had a minor procedure and her professionalism, knowledge, expertise, positive attitude the morning of my procedure made me feel at ease. The Ambulatory Surgery Center followed up with me twice post surgery to check in on me and make sure I was healing okay. I am very grateful she is my OBGYN.
