I arrive the required 15 min prior to my app't and paperwork was finished before the scheduled time. Appointment started late. Nurse took the traditional history and Dr. Agha walked in when she was walking out. Dr. Agha spentShow more less than 10 min. with me, explaining that my concern could easily be frozen off. She left the room & I was escorted to the front desk where I was instructed to set up another app't, 2 wks out. Other derms have done these small procedures during the visit. I won't be back
It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and a word about something other than the purpose of the intended visit. I have to say I am quite amazed that Dr. Agha remembers that I am an avid cyclist! I am appreciative of her desire to connect with her patients on a more personal level. It eases the potential stress associated with an appointment.

Prompt and efficient service--something usually not seen in a providers office.
Dr. Agha is knowledgeable and great with the care of her patients. I have always been advised and given the best answers for various concerns. She has excellent bedside manner and is very respectful as well!
