Randy Kimerly, PA-C, is a nationally certified physician assistant practicing in coastal North Carolina. He provides compassionate care to patients at Premier Pain Solutions – which has locations in Asheville, Columbus, Greenville, Southern Pines, Wilmington, North Carolina, as well as Easley, Greenville, South Carolina – where he focuses on interventional pain management to help improve quality of life.
Randy graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in integrative health and entrepreneurship. He then earned his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Towson University in Towson, Maryland.
With a career background in trauma, orthopedics, and interventional pain management, Randy brings a wealth of experience to his patients. Before becoming a physician assistant, he worked as a personal trainer, which instilled in him a commitment to providing a holistic approach to patient care.

Always been the best doctor and everyone in office so polite and works with me when I call or fa) asleep before appt and have to come in lol.
Very friendly staff, clean facility, easy check in and out. The doctor and nurses were very nice and paid attention to my concerns. I was helped immediately, even though I mixed up my appointment date and time. I drove 2.5 hrs to be seen at this clinic and have no regrets about my decision.

Randy has been great. Very concerned with my Pain problems. He's doing everything possible to get to the cause and is treating me with medication at this time until the problems are identified then will instruct me of treatment or medication to help me.

As usual Randy and staff were very attentive, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I am in terrible pain and Randy never makes me feel like I am only there for the pain pills. Many providers outside of your office are not as caring as the wonderful people in this office.

He comes in and listens and together we make plans for what’s best for my care. I still have good days and bad days but more good days so far. Dr. Kimery is very encouraging and does his best with options and how to help. Thank you for helping me. Actually cares for his patients! To me that makes a huge difference! I’m not gonna leave out the staff from the first desk to the nurses at this facility is excellent.

He was wonderful, and I understand about pain management. But I am not doing to good right now because my old pain doctor's will not refill for this month. So I am going to be in a bad way. I only have 2 days left.
