I am pleased after my first meeting with Dr Randolph Bishop at Neurosurgical Solutions in Savannah. The waiting area is clean, open, and well-lit. The reception lady is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The medical assistant Show moreis understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. He listens purposefully and retains the information to enter into the computer. His high standards are apparent when you meet him. Dr. Bishop is a well-rounded excellent doctor. He has a great bedside manner. Dr. Bishop is friendly, knowledgeable, intuitive, and professional. He put me at ease during my assessment. He listens intently and verifies the information. His kindness made me more relaxed, even though I was in pain. He answered my questions completely in an understandable way. He eased my concerns about my upcoming surgery. After our meeting, I trust him to do my surgery.
First off i woild like to say thanks to everyone that works in this office. I was greeted with a smile when i walked in and just absolutly stunned at the great customer service. After my accident i was told to follow up with the nShow moreeurosurgeon that seen me in the hospital within 2 weeks. I tried calling them a hundred times they never called back or answered. I told mu regular doc and he said that he was gonna take care of it. Well this office is where he refered me. Best day ive had in 3 months.

Hello, my name is Vanessa Ines Moreno-Rodriguez. First of all, getting to the clinic is extremely easy. You type the address into your GPS and you go straight there. Second, it has a lot of parking. Many doctors' offices don't have it and that is a headache for me. The structure is beautiful and the staff treated me very kindly. Even though I was late due to flooding in Georgia, they welcomed me kindly. The nurse treated me with great professionalism. Continue in other review.

My surgery by Dr. Bishop went very well. He his highly knowledgeable in his field of both Neurosurgery & Orthopedics. Although I still have some other back/spinal issues, the Sciatica I used to experience in my legs is gone; And, after only 4 or 5 weeks post having my spinal surgery, the incision has completely healed with no signs of infection. I highly recommend Dr. Bishop to anyone needing help in his specialty.

I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Randolph Bishop. Prior to my back surgery, he did an array of "Gold Standard" tests on my back (ie; Myelogram, CT scans, & Physical assessments) to pinpoint the exact location of my severe pain. I felt more confident & comfortable that Dr. Bishop did all this testing first. I wound up having to get a double Laminectomy, & the Surgery went well. Although I still have other back problems, Dr. Bishops' surgery has greatly improved my mobility.
Dr. Bishop and his Team were exceptional care givers. They listened to my questions, concerns, and took time to make sure I understood all my options for care.
