About Rachel Nestor, FNP-BC

Rachel is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Emcura. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. Rachel is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

With over four years of experience as a registered nurse in the emergency department, she has developed exceptional skills in providing top-notch patient care under pressure. Her clinical interests include preventative and comprehensive medicine. She is passionate about helping patients improve their health and well-being.

When she's not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, hiking, running, and traveling with her fiance and two dogs, Hank and Pepper. Her kind and compassionate nature make her a valuable asset to the Emcura team. Her patients appreciate her warmth, knowledge, and dedication to their care.
