Who wants to go to physical therapy? No one. Well, I did not want to go. After my first session with Rachel, I looked forward to the next session. Why? Because it worked. It worked. The lessons she taught me to live a long, reduceShow mored-pain life was paired with her excellent physical exercises that convinced me I will be walking well into my 90s (I'm 74). So... why did the first session work? Her youth belies her smarts and professionalism. I will miss her.
Rachel's knowledge and expertise in the area of pelvic floor strengthening is unparalleled. After my prostate cancer surgery, Rachel showed me how to overcome my incontinence and get back to the active lifestyle I had before Show moresurgery. Rachel was a true blessing for me, teaching me strengthening exercises and stretching that made all the difference. She also provided treatments for advancing blood flow to assist in the healing process. I don't know what I would have done without her.

Rachel is wonderful! I have been going to Pelvic Floor PT since my son was born about 6 months ago and have enjoyed my sessions with Rachel very much. She is friendly and easy to talk to, listens to you and approaches therapy in a wonderful way! I feel so relaxed and like I've made real progress after each session. You can't go wrong with Rachel!
Rachel at N2 is terrific. Takes time to listen and address each of my areas of concern in detail, with a clear treatment plan. She truly cares about my well being. Highly recommend N2! Great practice overall!

Rachel has the brain of a scientist, the heart of an empath and the skills of the finest of healers. She has given me the best physical therapy I have ever experienced (I have had a lot of PT being a former athlete). She is the absolute best.
Great healer and very methodical.
I was really nervous initially coming to PT and didn't know what to expect. Rachel was amazing at explaining everything and involving me in my treatment plan. Even through some physical discomfort, she helped to make the environment warm and safe. I would highly recommend her and this practice!
Very understand. Asks the right questions to get to problem.
Rachel is very experienced, professional, and personable. I put four stars instead of five only because my nerve problem has not been relieved. (But I also need to be more diligent about doing exercises at home.)
Rachel is the smartest, most well informed physical therapy practitioner. She has great communication skills and it was very easy for me to feel relaxed.
Rachel has been helping me with pelvic floor restrengthening, following my prostate cancer surgery. She has been awesome in knowledge and expertise in this area. My development was slowed due to complications with my surgery and I could not have gotten this far without Rachel ‘s assistance. she has taught me numerous strengthening exercises and stretching that have made all the difference.
