This was my first experience meeting with Dr. Balloch. I was previously seen by another provider at this practice. Despite the reactively brief appointment, Dr. Balloch was fully 'up to speed' with my medical history, was Show morewell informed with my pain concerns and expedited the appointment, making several recommendations to A. address my immediate concern and B. suggest a long term plan to improve my overall health! I look forward to my follow up visit in a few weeks.
Dr. Balloch and the entire staff were professional and friendly from start to finish. She answered all of my questions with a smile (made me feel more at ease with the procedure). The office is quite efficient and I rarely had to Show morewait longer than 5 minutes for any of my appointments.

Nice clean office, staff is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The Provider was great, she explained everything so that I could understand it. I felt better walking out knowing more about my symptoms and now we have plan going forward. Great experience!!!
Office staff ,assistants as well as the doc herself were very pleasant and easy to talk to. They got me right in for a tune up on my arthritic big toe. They are a very friendly ,efficient and professional group all around.

Conversation was reasonable, and treatment seems plausible. Will have to wait and see how things turn out. All staff, including Dr. Balloch, were pleasant and effective.
