Once again, I had a VERY effective session with Rachael! From finding the multiple stuck or shifting places all up and down my body, to guiding me in my next exercise, to dialogue about how she and Allison Hanson (Pilates instructShow moreor) work so well together, it was a great session. I left feeling both lighter, more at ease and more erect. Can't beat that for a powerful start to my day, and my next steps in greater alignment and fullness of functionality! Awesome!!

Rachael is awesome. I had a nagging hip issue for ~1 year that no PT, chiropractor, or ortho could seem to correct. Rachael's understanding of biomechanics is deep and she was significantly more accurate at diagnosing and addressing my injury than anyone else I worked with. The best part of my treatment plan with Rachael is that we were constantly adjusting my workouts and incorporating new exercises to better tailor my treatment to my condition at the time. 10/10 would highly recommend.
