The doctor was recommended to me by a St. Luke’s urgent care doctor. I was very impressed with the front desk clerk and the doctor. I was there before the doctor and he said hi to me in the waiting room. Very professional, compassionate and honest. I have a lot of respect for this podiatrist. I would recommend him. Wish my mom could have met him before she passed away!
Nice guy. Absolutely has no idea of what he is doing . Gave me a shot in the side of my foot for plantar fasciitis. The pain is in the bottom. Of course it didn’t work. I was promised a script for physical therapy and never received it . Called twice and emailed once for it and no response . NO ONE answers this phone . You have to leave a message and then they dont respond (unless you say you are a new patient …) I had to seek help from a different dr different practice and wow, what a complete difference. He could not believe why a podiatrist would give a shot in the side of my foot. No where near where my pain was . I was fitted for a night splint and told how to take care of my heel. Please , don’t go here . It’s a money grab . Talks a good game , shot where you don’t need it , a prescription for Voltairin and send you on your way . You have been warned…… I wished I was ….. It was not only the dr but his office “help “

Rebecca was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I made an appointment online through the internet. Had it for almost a week. Was on Friday Jan 5 2024 at 945 am. I had been in severe pain from an injury. I confirmed the appointment through text before the day. I moved around several legal matters for this appointment and had to have someone drive me and they took off work for it. At 7:56am on the day of my appointment I got a text my appointment was canceled and needed to be rescheduled. At 8:10 I called the office and Rebecca answered. She was extremely dismissive and accusatory insisting I should not have been allowed to even make the appointment online as they had one in their system and whatever I did I should not have been able to and I had to reschedule cause she "could not do anything for me but reschedule for late end of next week. I explained how much I had to do and rearrange to be able to get the appointment and my foot was getting worse as the days go by. She dismissed it and said well I have other appointments and they've had appointments so those won't be moved around. You also shouldn't have been allowed to make the appointment. I started crying and she said there isn't anything I can do for you unless you want to come in next week. I got off the phone and called my husband at work because I did not know what to do. Since I was crying, he offered to call. He's worked in customer service for over 20 years and as a manager so he's very calm in situations like this. When she picked up the phone he was barely though his greeting when she snapped at him saying I double booked the appointments and shouldn't have been able so she canceled it the day of within 2 hours of the appointment. My husband insisted this was not my fault but she again doubled down saying I double booked it and started talking down to my husband and then just kept talking over him. When he asked her to not talk over him, she hung up on him and refused to answer the phone when he tired calling back for over 5 minutes. He called a different location who didn't have any openings either but offered to see what was going on. The lady at the other location was wonderful and very kind. She called back and apologized for everything and was able to get me in at 9:30am on my appointment day. Also confirmed how long we had the appointment and said we didnt do anything wrong and should have been caught way before the day off and so close to the appointment. When at the appointment Rebecca didn't mention anything. She was ok at the appointment but I would have liked an apology from her on her rude and unprofessional behavior.
It was painless and they were on time, friendly did an excellent job.
I went into this facility on a humbug, don't have anything wrong with me I just decided at my age I needed to try new things...Dr. Hoeing explained step by step what and why he was going to do what he was going to do and even made yoga suggestions to very inexpensive products on Amazon. Once this DPm laid hands on me, I heard and slightly felt a whole lot of popping n cracking I didn't know I needed... But the experience was so darn amazing that I'm carrying this method into the new year with pride. Thanks Dr. Michael Hoeing your work yesterday was impeccable and like Arnold swartzanigger says " I'll Be Back" I will indeed. Happy Holidays

Dr Eashour and staff are extremely well informed and easy to talk to, she understands and anticipates my foot needs in a gentle way and always has a solution to help a situation!!!i so glad I came to her practice. She has addressed foot issues that other doctor’s never addressed.
Got an appointment very quickly; the office manager was very good with initial and follow up appointments. The procedure to remove the big toenail was done professionally and quickly by the physician. She was very attentive to ensure there was minimum pain. She was also very clear about after care instructions and next return visit.
Everything went as I had hoped. Dr. Eashour was great.
No wait time in the waiting area or exam room. Dr. Ahmed answered all my questions and explains his diagnosis in a way it's easy to understand. Never seems rushed and gives you as much time as is needed.
