2nd visit… Valerie Butler is nice but she’s ready to pop. My visit was calmer than last time. However no one told me I needed labs before this visit, so it wasn’t a very productive visit. I will know it for next time. (First endo I had I came in and did labs) Got pricing on labs so I know what will be charged should my insurance not pick up the costs. I got a $600 bill from my PCP lab which I fought for 6 months before I paid $186 which was still too much. Anyways, it was quick check in, in the room and out the door before you could say Jack Rabbit

Dr Butler takes is great at explaining my treatments and medication. Very patient.
Worked me in quickly for appointment when blood sugar spiking. Help me with patient assistance paperwork to pay for insulin. Helped me with technology and phone after I received new blood sugar monitor attached to my arm.
She was professional, caring, and on time!
