The office staff are great. Very friendly, polite, and helpful. Dr. Hsu is great. I feel like he sees me as an individual. He listens to concerns and addresses them. I am very happy with the treatment plan he has created for me. Great staff, great doctor!
Very down to earth, listened to me and my concerns about my pain and came up with a good plan for the management of my pain and how we will move forward if that plan doesnt work. Overall, very pleased with my first visit.

There have been 15 different "pain clinics, surgeons, PA's, neurologists, pill pushers and very good Medical Professionals in 30+ years to treat me. I am still here with the same problem I have endured since 1994. I was once told this wasn't a terminal issue. My response: It may not kill me but if not corrected I will endure this until I die. Tell me the difference. This Dr is 1 of only a few with a great bed side manner, I feel confident with his opinions and understanding. 2 thumbs up.

My care from Powen Hsu was excellent. He went above and beyond to find out what was creating my severe back problem.His mannerisms were very kind and gentle and he was easy to converse with.I am forever grateful to him.

I moved back from Tampa Florida with a pain management prescription. He would only prescribe me Suboxone of which made me deathly ill. I crawled around on all 4s for two days vomiting and sweating not even able to stand in the shower. I've learned I have an allergy to ingredients in it. Dr Hsu told me I get Suboxone or nothing and refused to see me again. I ended up in the emergency room as my liver enzymes were up due to too much Tylenol. Suboxone is synthetic heroin

I didn’t know what to expect, but the office staff was kind and welcoming. Dr. Hsu is a compassionate listener who makes the patient’s concerns his own. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders after Dr. Hsu promised to help me maintain the highest quality of life. For an elderly person, that is a big deal.

The care and concern by all the staff is great. The problem is finding the place. I went to 280 Pleasant Street, Concord and after walking all the way around the building with a huge 280 on the front of it, I found out it was the little building that looked like a house. Two days later I went to 700 Lake Ave, Manchester and I drove all around the parking lot looking at all the doors, and then looking at the reserved parking places. Nothing to give me a hint. Lucky I walked in the right door.
I bag a seeing Dr. Hsu when my chronic pain became unmanageable. 5 weeks later, following the Dr’s treatment, I am able to participate in my day to day again! The office is kind and compassionate and genuinely cares about a Patient’s needs addressing pain levels.
