I recently re injured by ancle and because of it, I hurt my leg trying to compensate for the pain in my ancle. Long story short, went to see Phil, he identified the problem, work on my leg and went through all that was happening to me with a great explanation showing me as well a scientific drawing of my muscles, tendons, nerves, bones. I left happy knowing how I had to actually think about what’s happening and the movement I should be doing to get better. Thank you! F.B

The therapists at Bespoke Physical Therapy listen closely and work carefully to give me the therapy I need for the two different injuries I am recovering from. I appreciate the gentle push to do more each week in the office and the exercises to work on at home. Telehealth session. Phillip was thoughtful, thorough and helpful. He zeroed in on my hip problem and gave me an excellent set of exercises to resolve the immediate pain and gain strength.
Phil manages to hurt me in a really productive way ;-) His techniques and instructions for continuing work at home are super helpful, and make going through an unpleasant experience as effective as possible.

Staff is very responsive and friendly, and Dr. Higgins is very experienced and proficient with runner therapy, homework included.

Friendly staff and great environment
As a runner, I’ve faced a number of injuries throughout my training, so I’ve been to a handful of PTs in the area. I can say that, just by walking in the clinic I could tell the standard of care at Bespoke is obviously an upgrade. The technology they use is advanced, the knowledge of staff is fantastic- they’re real PTs, one-on-one sessions are actually helpful and I’m not just told to do some exercises in a corner. If you want high-quality care no place else in Seattle compares.
Recently I have been seen by Phil, he is helping me with whiplash and a concussion from a rear ended car accident. Happy to report, it’s working, I have homework to do daily, I check with him weekly, he adds more exercises each time that give me hope that I’ll get out of this one like new. Thank you for a great Rehabilitation work Phil!
