Dr. Woodworth was the surgeon who corrected my hiatal hernia problem excellently. I had a TeleHealth pre-op meeting with him one month before my surgery and he patiently and professionally answered all my concerns. He gave me alShow morel the details about my surgery that I needed to know and kept asking me if I needed more information. He came to my bedside before the surgery and assured me again that he (and his team) was going to take good care of me. I felt totally reassured with him and that I was in good hands.
I have struggled with Acid Reflux Disease for almost 20 years. It grew to the point that I always had to sleep at a 45 degree angle or greater. I am on a very strict diet. The whole process was top shelf
So far so good but this was only the initial consultation. We have the surgery yet to come. Dr Woodworth seems very competent as does his staff. Again, the result of the surgery will be the tell tale.
Dr Woodworth was honest and gave his expert opinion , and he explained clearly the reasons why I did not need surgery.

Dr. Woodworth and his team are absolute professionals. He repaired my hiatal hernia and installed a Linx device to control my erosive esophagus. It is now the day after the procedure and I am doing wonderful. The best part is this morning I did not have to take the medication I have been taking for over 25 years to control the daily pain and heartburn and have no symptoms. I would recommend anyone suffering from similar symptoms to get a referral for Dr Woodworth to see what he can do for you.

Dr. Woodworth is knowledgeable and candid. He assessed my situation appropriately and suggested a strategy for healing. We talked about how outcome comes from having mental confidence in the medical team and procedure work. This totally changed our decision on which procedure to perform. He took my direction.
