Dr. Jackson provides excellent care for my family and I. She is very knowledgeable with an eye towards preventative medicine but works well on those sudden pop-up health issues. Dr. Jackson has been my doctor since starting her practice here in Granbury. She’s also seen my daughters as children and young adults and my husband is a patient, as well. Her staff have always been top notch, especially Brandi and Jamie who have been with her since early on. They invest themselves in your health and well being, The entire office listens and is eager to help you through any health concerns you may have. Besides, general health issues you can see this office for a variety of other things, too! Overall, it was a good experience. She was very considerate and always made sure I was comfortable despite the discomfort I felt from the laser treatment. However, the only complaint I have is the waiting time.
Dr Jackson really pays attention to what you say and will offer sound advice. She is never in a hurry to get out of the room with you. She is very knowledgeable about the medication she prescribes. Her staff is friendly and helpful answering messages in a timely manner.
