This is the most efficient office I’ve ever encountered. I am always seeing without a delay past my appointment time. Coordination with other doctors offices (Lab work, referrals, etc.) Is very efficient. Dr. Wickersham is not onlShow morey exceptionally well, qualified, but is kind and generous with his personal interactions. If you are in his office, be sure and take a look at all the academic recommendations he has received. His staff is also efficient, obviously lead by Dr. Wickersham. This excellence makes it difficult For a new patient to get an initial visit, but I assure you, it will be worth the effort. I am a Retired physician as a patient and I am very impressed with every aspect of this practice.
Dr. Wickersham listens compassionately, understands my curiosity/personality and need for information about my illness and treatment. He’s one of the few doctors that works with you toward a mutual goal rather than “the doctor’s gShow moreoal”. He’s very flexible, patient and supportive. Excellent physician with all the qualities one is looking for.

Pendleton Wickersham, MD, is a highly trained specialist at Arthritis Associates in San Antonio, Texas. He is board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.
Dr. Wickersham grew up in Augusta, Georgia. After graduating magna cum laude from Rice University in Houston, Texas, he attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he earned his medical degree with honors.
Dr. Wickersham then moved to Denver to work on his postgraduate studies. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
Dr. Wickersham moved to San Antonio to pursue his dream of running a thriving clinical practice, where he’s a partner at San Antonio-based Arthritis Associates. Dr. Wickersham is a frequent speaker and consultant. He’s invented several medical devices and maintains his advanced credentials with continuing education.
