I have been going to Pauline for quite a while now, and we have adopted changes over the years to keep my diabetes in check. Also, in the last year, she had prescribed medication to lower my triglycerides when it was showing up aShow mores a threat to my health. Polly Pagel is the only specialist that I have seen in my 60+ years of being diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic that actually understands this disease. She has helped me to get my "Brittle Diabetis" under control so that I noShow more longer have critical lows that left me unconcious and writhing on the floor and needing a 911 call. She has been a blessing that I wish I had found years ago.

Mrs. Pagel is very professional and possesses the medical knowledge to keeping you on the correct path of your health. I wish I could write something nice for their office staff. Don’t expect any callbacks when trying to cancel and/or re-schedule appointments regardless of how many times you call. It’s a great way to ruin a business with incompetent help.
I am not a fan of doctors. BUT I enjoy seeing Dr. Pagel. She is so nice and really cares about her patients. She takes her time with you and really listens to you.

If you are looking for an Endocrinologist office that doesn't knee jerk and just throw more expensive prescriptions at you then this is it. Polly is patient and encouraging making you feel like you can handle what comes at you. She has time to answer all your questions and doesn't start looking for the door as a way to get you out of the way.
