My care and experience that I have had here at taps, has been amazing. I have always been treated with kindness and I always feel comfortable with my counselor and the rest of the staff. The counselor, we were fortunate enough to get, has been wonderful. Any issues that are brought to their attention is addressed. It is slow, but very beneficial to the patient. I know you don’t go one or two times and get better. The counselor takes the time to make the patient comfortable with any issues. The counselor doesn’t rush things. I see continuing progress in the child. I see complete trust in the counselor from the child. I feel very blessed to have our counselor.
My issues and concerns come first. I never feel like just another patient.
