About Paul Necesario, RN

Paul Necesario is a clinical care coordinator at FFH. Paul helps to ensure seamless patient care by coordinating between healthcare providers, managing lab records, and tracking patient progress. He helps to evaluate and advocate for patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and maintain accurate documentation to enhance communication and improve patient outcomes. He has experience as a dedicated nurse in diverse clinical settings from newborn, pediatrics, OB units, orthopedics and senior living. He cultivates strong patient rapport, and delivers exceptional care and education.
