About Paul Kluz, LPC-IT

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health, both from UW Oshkosh. I am currently in the midst of my residency at Samaritan where I will complete 3,000 hours of supervised counseling to earn my licensure as a professional counselor (LPC). I believe every life is a story filled with opportunities and challenges. I understand that sometimes those challenges can surprise and even overwhelm us. I try to meet every individual where they are at in their life and work collaboratively with them to help them overcome the challenges they are facing. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment, and Family Systems Therapy. I have a special interest in working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples in treating among many others - anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustments/life changes, and trauma.
