As usual, My doctor and his staff are Amazing . I never have to wait a long time in the waiting room or on my doctor . He runs a tight but extremely efficient schedule. He is very thoughtful , thorough and considerate. Also , anytShow moreime I’ve called and left a message , I receive a call back in a very timely manner . This is one of the most efficient medical offices I’ve been too . Never going anywhere else .. Thank you Dr. Katz and staff !!!!
I really like that Dr. Katz listens attentively to my assessment of what I am experiencing when I visit his office. I also like that he engages in a "give and take" dialogue over my symptoms and that he does not just throw medicinShow morees at me unless it is absolutely warrented. Dr.Katz himself was AWESOME. I love coming to see him he's fantastic. Great bed side manner and friendly and intelligent. My only problem was the girl at the front desk. I called 8 times and could not get through to get an appointment until I called Dr katz nurse directly and I could see why when I got there. She was never at the desk and if she was she was extremely rude. I saw multiple people trying to check in and she was in the back somewhere talking about protein bowls and mayonnaise, one women was so upset she went in the back and was yelling who works at the front I need to check in. I work the front desk at dentist office and I do not leave my desk unless someone else can take over for how ever long I need to step away. She had a bad attitude and even my family and friends I've referred to dr katz have told me they're switching doctors because they can't get her to answer the phone or call them back to make an appointment. Im staying because dr katz and his nurse are 5 stars. Front desk girl needs to go.

Excellent ! Dr. Katz took time with me and went over everything thoroughly ! He has caring and sensitive mannerism which is rare with doctors.
My experience was best in class. Every person who I interacted with was very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Dr. Katz is the best! I’m very fortunate to say that he is our family doctor and we appreciate him very much. Also, the office itself is inviting, large and comfortable.

It appears that all went fine. However, I expected information on why my TSH result seems out of spec. I do not know if it is within standard deviation or whether it is high and needs to be retested with T3 and T4 to determine....
