I initially met Dr. Janda while at Valley Hospital. He has great bedside manner (at least with me) and he is very thorough. The practice is a very busy one but I say it was worth the wait. Since he is so busy just come prepared wiShow moreth your questions so he can address them during your appointment and the tech that sees you may be able to answer the questions that you have. Dr. Janda may answer your questions while performing your testing (if he’s the one that does it) but while doing the testing there is very much a rhythm to what he says to what he is doing. It is obviously second nature but don’t be offended and think he doesn’t care. Just make sure you catch him after he’s done and before he walks out of your room. As long as the flow keeps going you will have a more productive and overall quicker appointment. Again, just make sure that you catch him before he walks out. I worked with a doctor for 7 years that did her exams (OB/GYN) the EXACT same way just so she didn’t miss anything. If there were any questions or concerns and they were brought up after the exam and before she walked out of the room everything was so much smoother and actually quicker. The front office gals (check-in/ check-out) were amazing. I know I pushed their patience on both sides they did not lose their temper or get snippy. The whole office flow is really great, given the sheer size of the practice. Just have a little patience and don’t get frustrated or angry because at the end of the day you may forget something important that you wanted addressed and (based on my previous work experience) you will push the doctor out of the room. You always get more flies with honey than vinegar!!!
I was referred to Dr. Janda by from Orthopedic Surgeon. About 3 years ago I stated getting feet swelling, bad. My PCP sent me to another Neuro and it came back I had peripheral neuropathy etc. Over the past 40 years my back has beShow moreen bad (no surgeries) my L5S1 vertebrae is nonexistent. My ortho didn’t buy the orig diagnosis from the first neurologist so Janda came in. Come to find out my feet sweep g like balloons is likely directly related to my slow spine problems, which are now severe in nature. The assistance in this office are extremely competent and very prepared. You will know, be they will tell you. Janda was precise, efficient with time and told me exactly what he saw “real time” I showed up for a 1pm appointment at about 1pm. I sat I. The waiting room less than 2 minutes before being called back! Not a waste of my time. That too was important.

Excellent staff, very short waiting period, doctor took a great amount of time learning of my health issues and listening as well. After that doctor left, Dr Janda stopped by to introduce himself and to get acquainted. Feeling confident about upcoming procedure. Great follow-up by staff as well.
