I have been a patient of Dr. Paul Gill’s for the past six or seven years. I have always found him to be extremely competent while showing great concern for the well-being of his patients. You are not rushed during an appointment wShow moreith him. He takes whatever time is needed to discuss any issue and/or concerns for your quality of life for each individual treatment. I have also always found his staff to be so warm and welcoming as you walk in the door to register your name. They make you feel right at home when checking in as well as checking out. They greet you with a huge smile and offer to help in anyway they can as you are registering for your appointment
I was very impressed not only with Dr Gill. he took the time to go over all aspects of my husband's condition… And has set forth a thorough plan for his care… I also was very impressed with his staff Jasmine Steph, Kelly, and AleShow morexis. They were extremely friendly and helpful… I would highly recommend this neurologist
Paul Gill, M.D., grew up in Cypress, Texas and graduated from Jersey Village High School. Dr. Gill completed his residency in Neurology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where he was chief resident in his last year. After graduating, he went on to serve as an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and established the university’s first satellite clinic in Edmond, OK which was an innovative and groundbreaking approach to the university’s ability to offer care to a broader segment of the population.
In 2009, Dr. Gill returned to his hometown of Cypress, Texas, and established Gill Neuroscience. He also played a pivotal role in opening the North Cypress Medical Center’s premiere Stroke Center where he continues to serve as the stroke medical director. Dr. Gill has also been selected as the Chair of the Department of Neurosciences at North Cypress Medical Center-HCA.
Throughout his practice, Dr. Gill continues to be involved in cutting edge clinical research trials and has had his work published in well regarded scientific journals. Dr. Gill uses state-of-the-art diagnostic technologies to analyze brain and nerve functions, ensuring patients receive a timely, and accurate assessment of their condition.

It was hard to hear from Dr Gill that my husband has a mild case of Alzheimer’s & Dementia!
Dr Gill has been taking care of me since 2016. He diagnosed my meningioma, which was successfully removed. He cares about his patients and their health.
Very professional and welcoming staff. The nurse practitioner Dominic is awesome.
Why is it you are given an appoitment time, and you have to wait an hour or more before being seen? The doctor's time is important, but so is the patients!
Overall. The wait time is not good. Patients sometimes cannot sit for hours.
Staff are friendly. Technician was friendly, explained procedures and what to expect. Wait time is a little frustrating.
Best neurologist around and beautiful office easy to get in and out of . Plenty of parking right out front. I highly recommend Dr Harpaul Gill for any of your medical needs in Neurolgy. Short waits for appointments and friendly staff.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. The waiting room is beautifully decorated, there are toys for children neatly in decorative baskets. The nurse and Dr. Gill listened to me and asked me questions about my previous diagnosis. Seems like it's something else. We both decided on a new medication.
Very impressed as expected . I did my research before choosing Dr Gill and he was very highly recommended by many people , friends, and family . Also his entire staff is the bomb.com. All smiles and caring spirit are obviously a requirement to work there .

I have been seeing Dr Gill for a number of years. I have a couple of medical conditions that can affect each other. Even though I see him for 1, he is aware and understands the others. He always asks not only about my reasons for seeing a neurologist but how the others are doing. He takes the time to discuss how I am doing and from time to time if I need anything changed or rechecked. The only negative thing is that he is usually behind what your scheduled appointment time is. But I know it is because of all he does during visits. I just plan on being there longer than what you might think. But I have found this to be true of most of my specialists but at least I know I’m getting one in one time with him and excellent care. I hope I never have to look for another neurologist for any reason. Notice I still give 5 stars despite the wait time.
To the point conversation with no changes in meds. 6 months ahead for next follow up.
