Dr. Narh-Matey and his staff are absolutely amazing. Both myself and husband have been patients. Dr. NARH-Matey is one of the most personable doctors we have ever met. He is an excellent surgeon. I had to wait too long once I had checked in over an hour.

Everything was fine except it took a really long time to be seen. Appt was 945 and wasn't even called until 1045 or 11.
Awesome bedside manner & patient care
I waited more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to be put in a room to wait even longer. I am not convinced the procedure the doctor recommends is needed. The doctor seems to be a good man, a man of God, personable, but as a surgeon, he suggests surgery vs. show me it is warranted. If my odds are 60/40, I am going to go with the 40% odd that I will be fine as who knows what those stats are based on, not a man in my excellent health condition prior to this one E/R visit.
Today was my very first new patient visit. The Dr. Narh-Martey and his staff were all very caring and attentive. I felt included in my plan of care and the upcoming action plan. I would highly recommend this practice.

When it came time to pay the difference between insurance and what they charge, the front desk lady said that I owed over $500. When I asked if they could bill us to set up a payment plan she told me it was paid then or they would not perform the colonoscopy. In the future we will make sure and go to a surgery center that cares more about their patients than just making money.
