She took a detailed past medical history and history of my current complaint and symptoms. she answered questions and provided explanation for condition and Show moretreatment options. She quickly sent a reception to my pharmacy. I needed to get in contact regarding the prescription. She returned my call and changed my Rx - I wanted one that was less expensive. I was very satisfied with my overall care.

The provider was 5 star. Their system was 2 star - delays in receiving the patient forms meant my appointment got delayed twice. And the video call didn’t work, so it was a voice call.
Got my meds refilled through Oregon Telemed while my PCP is out of office on holiday. The whole experience was easy, fast, professional, and secure. Provider was caring and helpful. Grateful to have this viable alternative to ZoomCare!
