I am a Hmong American Mental Health Practitioner who’s earned a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. I am passionate in helping people overcome distressing experiences in a way that honors their past and can lead to hope and healing. I also have experience working with domestic violence survivors which has shown me how important safety and security is for healing.
In being a person-centered therapist, I believe there is more than one way to address challenges and that each person comes in with their own unique wisdom and ideas for growth. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life that is a wholesome balance for themselves and the relationships they are in. I have been trained to help in a variety of mental health concerns including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related issues. My services include individual, family, and couples therapy.
