Paddy Kalish, OD, has been providing comprehensive eye care for more than 30 years to the Coolidge Corner community of Brookline, Massachusetts, and surrounding areas. Dr. Kalish values individualized integrative care, and he focuses on providing one-on-one evaluations and preventive care to both adolescents and adults.
To help maintain optimal eye health, Dr. Kalish provides eye exams for eyeglasses and contacts. He uses advanced, in-office technologies like optical coherence tomography (OCT) to identify refractive vision issues and provides other testing services to evaluate early signs of glaucoma and other eye diseases.
A variety of contacts, popular eyeglass frames, and eyewear accessories are available in-office.
In addition to preventive eye exams and visual acuity tests, Dr. Kalish can diagnose and treat eye conditions like dry eyes and unexplained eye pain. He customizes treatment plans to treat eye infections, corneal abrasions, headaches, and eye diseases like glaucoma and iritis.
Earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Kalish completed his first residency at Healthcare America Medical Group (now Pinnacle Medical Group) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and his second residency at Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel. He also completed law school at Northwestern California University School of Law in Sacramento, California, and remains an active member of the American Bar Association.
In his free time, Dr. Kalish loves to travel and has a variety of law-related hobbies. For the convenience of his patients, Dr. Kalish is fluent in both English and Polish.

Dr. Kalish was very kind, his practice is very welcoming and this may be the first time that having an appointment early in the morning has been a very nice start to my day. I am very excited to continue seeing Dr. Kalish as my optometrist

Excellent care
I am a repeat visitor. Paddy had been my primary eye doctor for many years and I am always treated well by him and Hannah. For this visit, was a little late but they were understanding and waited for my arrival and took me in. Nicely greeted by Hannah who is always a pleasure to work with. For the eye exam, I explained my issue and what I was hoping for. He listened and understood and ran through multiple tests. Finally able to find the right combination for me that I was hoping for and results are positive.
