I had never been here before but it was in my insurance network and I needed to be seen. When I arrived I was greeted by Hope, receptionist, great smile. I filled out the paperwork and gave my ID and insurance card. I was called wShow moreithin 15 min. Dr Kolo was very prompt at assessing my problem. I needed to be sure it wasn't pneumonia. It wasn't, it was Bronchitis. On site treatment with a steroid shot and 2 breathing treatments. Called in 4 prescriptions to my pharmacy. I was out the door. 76 min
I went in Monday and my son Tuesday and we both were positive for Covid. The care we received was so heart felt. I could not be more pleased with our treatment. Highly recommend and I know I will continue to be a patient.

The service from the front desk to the doctor was awesome. They made you feel so comfortable you started to get well instantly

Dr Kolo is very thorough and has a wonderful personality. She tells you what she is doing and why, and makes you feel comfortable through the exam process.

She recognized me from a fall I had months and months ago and this time I was sick for 4 days with fever on and off head cold thought I had a sinus infection. She started with steroid shot and cough syrup. Then tested flu strep and Covid. I had Covid so she added a antibiotic
Dr Kolo is very polite and she listens. She also takes time to explain any questions you have. She has a wonderful bedside manor. I wish I could see her as my regular Doctor. Once again, very, very pleased.
The doctor was very kind and thorough during her examination. I didn't feel rushed at all, which, in my opinion, is rare in Urgent Care situations.
The doctor was caring and knowledgeable about what was going on with me. She knew what needed to be done and was very gentle when giving me an injection. If you have a need for urgent care, I would recommend Dr. Kolo and Spatium Urgent Care.
Staff (2) were very nice and friendly; unfortunately the patient before me had a medical emergency and an ambulance had to be requested; and therefore my visit last OVER 1 1/2 hours for a what was cough with congestion.
She saw what I saw and that validated my whole copay and visit. I had no wait and walked in I love this place
The dr and staff are awesome
