My experience once I arrived was great. The check in process was a breeze and was seen much quicker than expected. Norman Hauk was very professional and explained his reasons on the meds. The only recommendation I can offer is to Show morecorrect their address on the Urgent Care of Yakima website. The 6101 Summitview location is closed. When you’re not feeling well and you walk up to the door in the rain and you read the sign to the correct address it forces you to blurt out terrible language.
I saw Norman Hauk for a toenail that had gotten smashed then started growing into the side of my toe. He was very nice and I really liked him. He even told me after the procedure to remove part of my toenail on each side of my toeShow more, that he would be there the next three days if I needed to call him for anything. I thought that was nice, too!

It was Christmas Eve and so there were shorter hours and the receptionist still fit me in and the doctor went over my symptoms very thoroughly and I was satisfied that I just had to wait a bit longer, and my symptoms are going to pass. Dr. Haul was very professional, but also very caring.
Caring, knowledgable, thorough , and empathetic. Amazing solution to care when my primary doctor is always booked and can’t see me.
He was very polite and kind. Took the time to look over me and find out if I really had an ear infection or not, problem was solve and I had a great experience.

This is the best experience you’ve had at an urgent care ever. We suspected that my daughter had pneumonia. After the examination, we were given prednisone a kickstart on antibiotics and an albuterol treatment. They saved us a trip to the emergency room. I highly recommend this urgent care

Was super friendly even though we went in 20 minutes before they closed. He made the effort out to get my 5-year-old daughter to actually open up and actually laugh with him.
I've never had anything short of a great appointment with Dr. Hawk. He truly listens and cares about your well-being. He's been helpful to our whole family over the years. It's great having a trustworthy Urgent Care in town that I can count on.
