My experience once I arrived was great. The check in process was a breeze and was seen much quicker than expected. Norman Hauk was very professional and explained his reasons on the meds. The only recommendation I can offer is to Show morecorrect their address on the Urgent Care of Yakima website. The 6101 Summitview location is closed. When you’re not feeling well and you walk up to the door in the rain and you read the sign to the correct address it forces you to blurt out terrible language.
He did a great job with my daughter. You can tell he is really good with children and knows his stuff! And since he often works in the ER he is the perfect person to screen people to see if urgent care is sufficient or if a trip tShow moreo the ER is in order. He was very fast and efficient and we felt confident leaving that my daughter was fine. Thank you!

I saw Norman Hauk for a toenail that had gotten smashed then started growing into the side of my toe. He was very nice and I really liked him. He even told me after the procedure to remove part of my toenail on each side of my toe, that he would be there the next three days if I needed to call him for anything. I thought that was nice, too!

Provider very thorough and prescribed the correct medications to help with my illness.
Great provider! Every time I’ve taken my kids to be seen he’s always been super helpful and treated my kids great! He is always willing to explain what is going on with the kids and how to help them at home.

Dr. Haul was calm, attentive, and worked quickly to stitch my hand. As a former medic in the military, he really knows his stuff. I felt well taken care during a scary moment for me.
I was taken into a room quickly upon arrival and once in the exam room the wait for the provider was very short. He listened to my concerns and addressed the issues appropriately.

My 2-year-old daughter usually dislikes going to the doctor, but the nurse made her feel comfortable and I really appreciated that!! Norm was great with her and attentive to my concerns, she is now on the road to recovery!! Thanks So Much!!
