My experience once I arrived was great. The check in process was a breeze and was seen much quicker than expected. Norman Hauk was very professional and explained his reasons on the meds. The only recommendation I can offer is to Show morecorrect their address on the Urgent Care of Yakima website. The 6101 Summitview location is closed. When you’re not feeling well and you walk up to the door in the rain and you read the sign to the correct address it forces you to blurt out terrible language.

My experience was excellent. I was seen right away by caring, competent providers who answered my questions and provided the care I needed. I just moved here and they offered to help make sure I received refills on my medications until I could find a GP in the area.
PA Hauk was great. He listened and had follow up questions before discussing, explaining, and implementing a plan. I would not hesitate going back to him.
He is a great doctor takes his time when he is with you!

Amazing doctor
Norman was friendly, thorough, and pleasant to interact with. He diagnosed my son quickly and we were out of there in less than an hour from when we walked in (without an appointment). Will definitely visit again, if needed!
He's such a wonderful PA. So gentle with babies. Extremely friendly, my girls loved him and weren't scared like seeing any other provider.

Amazing as usual....he listens , then checks things from my perspective; then checks things from his medical perspectives and is very efficient, actually takes care of problem treating the cause and providing a cure and preventative meds for healing. I would choose this provider as my main provider if possible.
Provider took the time to ask me questions on my health, he took the time to offer me different medications to handle my sickness, I was very satisfied with this provider, he was caring and passionate for his patient, I would recommend him to others.
Our favorite provider! We come to this clinic just because he is there! Caring, kind and great with kids! He explains everything thoroughly and really listens to you! I highly recommend him!

4 stars because the front office was treating and speaking to me like I was dumb when I asked how long the wait was (like I was supposed to know, hence why I asked) but the nurse and provider were both amazing.
